Co-Chairmen’s Message
Rapson Ndou Foundation was born from a deep personal commitment to serve humanity, shaped by lived experiences, sacrifice, and a firm belief that no one should be left behind because of poverty, disability, or lack of opportunity.
The journey of this Foundation is rooted in personal sacrifice — choosing to give even when resources were limited, and prioritising the needs of others above comfort. Over the years, we have witnessed how a single opportunity can change a life, how education can unlock potential, and how dignity restores hope. These experiences inspired the establishment of Rapson Ndou Foundation as a vehicle for meaningful and lasting impact.
Our work is not charity for appearance’s sake — it is driven by compassion, responsibility, and a deep sense of purpose. Every contribution, every programme, and every partnership is aimed at restoring dignity, creating opportunity, and empowering individuals to rise above their circumstances.

Facilitate Access to Higher Education
We work with donors to offer scholarships, guidance, and support to help youth and women pursue higher education opportunities.
Entrepreneurship Programs
Our entrepreneurship programs equip participants with skills, mentorship, and resources to launch or grow their businesses.
Dignity Packs & School Shoes
We distribute dignity packs and school shoes to children, supporting their health, confidence, and school attendance.
